Terms of Service
By using inpostpreview.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Last updated: 3 September 2026
1. The service
InPostPreview provides a free, browser-based tool that renders a preview of how a post is likely to appear in a LinkedIn feed, including line wrapping and the position of the “See more” fold. No account is required, and the service is provided as-is at no charge.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or the networks connected to it;
- scrape, copy, or redistribute the site’s content or code at scale without our written permission;
- use the tool to prepare content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes anyone else’s rights.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, and other material you enter into the tool. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not store your drafts on our servers — the preview is rendered in your own browser. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you paste in, and for anything you subsequently publish elsewhere.
4. Our content
The site’s design, text, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the tool for your own personal or business purposes, but you may not copy or resell the site itself.
5. No affiliation with LinkedIn
InPostPreview is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe the platform this tool previews.
6. Accuracy and availability
The preview is a close simulation, not a guarantee. LinkedIn can change its layout, typography, and truncation behaviour at any time, and the rendering on a real device may differ. We do not promise that the site will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors, and we may change or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The site is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites, including our sponsor. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and a link is not an endorsement.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business losses, arising out of your use of or inability to use the site — including any outcome of a post you publish after previewing it here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when it is posted on this page, and the “last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent through the Contact page. See also our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
